Payout
| For F&B merchants | Zero payout fee. Payouts are made daily and contain payments processed seven calendar days prior. For example, payments received on a Tuesday are paid out by the following Tuesday. All payout are transferred to linked bank account in Hong Kong in Hong Kong dollars. Time for fund arriving at the linked bank account (from the time of payout) varies, depending on corresponding bank accounts linked. |
| For non-F&B merchants | Zero payout fee. Payouts are made on every Monday and contain payments processed fourteen1 calendar days prior. For example, payments received on a 1 May are paid out on the first Monday which is on or after 15 May. All payout are transferred to linked bank account in Hong Kong in Hong Kong dollars. Time for fund arriving at the linked bank account (from the time of payout) varies, depending on corresponding bank accounts linked. |
1 Merchants from certain industries with high fraud rate may have to wait longer for payout.
Alipay / Wechat
